At Everlast, we stand behind the artistry of our work. Every custom piece is crafted to the highest standards and comes with a complimentary lifetime warranty, ensuring your jewelry receives the expert care it deserves for years to come.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects against any manufacturing defects. We will provide complimentary repairs for issues such as:

Loose diamonds or unstable prongs (deemed not from normal wear)

Missing accent stones (small side diamonds)

Structural flaws resulting from the creation process.
What’s Not Covered
While we take pride in our durability, jewelry is subject to the rigors of daily life. This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, or misshapen bands/basket/prongs from everyday use.

Accidental Damage: Cracked or chipped center stones.

Loss or Theft: We recommend jewelry insurance for total protection.

Unauthorized Service: Any work or resizing performed by a jeweler outside of Everlast will void this warranty.

Diamonds are natural magnets for oils. Everyday items like lotions, hand sanitizers, perfumes, and even natural skin oils can create a film over your stones, dulling their signature sparkle. To keep your ring looking brilliant and "full of life," we recommend a quick cleaning once a week and before any special event.
The Everlast Home Cleaning Method

The Soak: Create a solution using warm (not boiling) water and a generous amount of mild dish soap. Submerge your ring and let it soak for 20–30 minutes.

The Gentle Brush: Using a soft-bristled toothbrush, gently scrub the diamonds. Pro Tip: Pay extra attention to the underside of the center stone, as this is where dirt and oils tend to collect most.

The Rinse: Rinse thoroughly under warm running water to remove any remaining soap film.

The Finish: For a streak-free, professional finish, dry your ring with a blow dryer. This prevents water spots and ensures every facet shines.
