What’s Covered
Our warranty protects against any manufacturing defects. We will provide complimentary repairs for issues such as:
Loose diamonds or unstable prongs (deemed not from normal wear)
Missing accent stones (small side diamonds)
Structural flaws resulting from the creation process.
What’s Not Covered
While we take pride in our durability, jewelry is subject to the rigors of daily life. This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear (Scratches or bands from everyday use)
Accidental Damage: Cracked or chipped center stones.
Loss or Theft: We recommend jewelry insurance for protection.
Unauthorized Service: Any work performed by another jeweler.

Cleaning & Resizing
As an owner-managed business, I take a personal interest in the longevity of every piece I create. Reach out to send your jewelry back to me for cleaning and inspection. I will personally assess your piece, and should any repairs be needed, I will guide you through the process to ensure your jewelry returns to you in perfect condition.
Complimentary Services
Resizing: Free within the first year to ensure a perfect fit (available at cost thereafter).
Maintenance: Complimentary annual steam cleaning and professional inspection.
